Stop scammers from sending email as your business

We check your domain for free, show you in one page where you are exposed, and lock it down with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

SPF PASS
DKIM NOT FOUND
DMARC MISSING
What this means: anyone can send email that looks like it came from you. Fixable in about an hour.
The basics

What these three records do, in plain words

SPF

A public list of the services allowed to send email for your domain, like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or your property software.

DKIM

A digital signature on every message you send, so the receiving inbox can tell it really came from you and was not changed along the way.

DMARC

Your instructions to inboxes: if a message fails SPF and DKIM, send it to spam or block it. It also sends you reports on who is using your name.

Why it matters

One fake email can cost a lot

Wire and rent-payment fraud

Scammers send fake emails that look like yours, asking tenants, buyers or families to send rent, deposits or closing funds to a new account. Without DMARC, those emails can land in the inbox.

Google and Yahoo sender rules

Google and Yahoo now require authentication for bulk senders and DMARC for those sending at volume. Domains without proper setup are more likely to land in spam or be rejected.

Your reputation

When a fake email goes out with your name on it, the people you serve blame you. Locking down your domain protects the trust you have built.

How it works

Three simple steps

1

Free check

Send us your domain. We look at your public DNS records. No passwords needed.

2

One-page report

You get a plain-English page showing what is missing and what it means for you.

3

Fix in about an hour

We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC with you, then move to full enforcement in stages so real mail keeps flowing.

Then, optional monitoring. Monthly reports that show who is sending as you and flag anything new.
The free report

What the free report looks like

One page, no jargon. You will see:

  • Whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up on your domain
  • What each gap means for your tenants, clients or families
  • Exactly what needs to change to fix it
  • No obligation to buy anything

FAQ

Questions

Do you need my email password?

No. The free check uses only public DNS records. For the fix, we work with you or your IT person to add a few DNS records.

Will this break my email?

No. We start DMARC in monitoring mode, confirm every real sender passes, and only then tighten it. Your normal mail keeps working.

We use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Does that matter?

Both work. We set things up to match whatever you already use, plus tools like property management or payment software that send for you.

We are a small office. Do we really need this?

Small offices are frequent targets because scammers assume no one is watching. If you handle rent, deposits or client funds, it is worth a free check.

Do you work outside the Inland Empire?

Yes. The work is done remotely, so we can help offices anywhere in the US.
